Yes, I’ve Cherokee blood and no I don’t find this offensive. When we practice mindfulness and honour the sacred herbs we are using with integrity, we are  doing right by Mother Earth & her people. 

Use your tee as a reminder to also smudge yourself, I do this each morning!
