Royston turquoise comes from the Royston Mining District in Nevada's high desert, near Tonopah. This area has been mined since 1902 and is one of the state's oldest districts. The Otteson family has been operating here since 1958 and owns most of the district today.

In Native American culture, turquoise is revered as a sacred stone, representing the sky, water, and good fortune, it’s widely used in ceremonies and used as a talisman for protection and holistic balance. Turquoise in all her varied colour hues is a crystal treasure, calming minds, bringing luck, and connecting us to the spirit world. Wear it like a badge of honour!
