I have created these healing pouches based on my knowledge gained from my Crystal Healing Certification. These pouches are designed to help us by engaging our physical, etheric, astral and mental bodies. These all form together and create our persona.

Crystal healing works by restoring balance on our etheric body before the illness manifests further. The Etheric body is a duplicate of our physical body and radiates around 4 inches above and is a higher vibration.

The etheric appears as a fine grey mist and does not filter bad or good vibes. This is when crystal healing is used to remove the blocks and restore healthy flow.

I recommend you leave these stones on or around your body for at least 15- 20 minutes to allow their energies to take effect. Crystals can become more powerful when used repeatedly for the same purpose.

These selection of stones work in harmony to help ease the pain, heartbreak and roller coaster of emotions, we experience during grieving of loved ones.

I made this pouch for myself during a difficult time, as we lost our beloved dog. I created this in her loving memory and include her photo, I dedicate this to “BELLA” forever in my heart, while her spirit runs free over the Rainbow Bridge with all the other animals...I cannot wait to meet her again

APACHE TEARS ~ This is a beautiful stone that has spiritual meaning behind it

I have a Native American Grandfather so this legend holds dear for me as do all of them

Apache Tears are named after an incident in Arizona in the 1870's. The US Calvary attacked the Apaches, when the women lost their warriors they were so distraught they wept for a whole month. These tears formed into the rocks and created Apache Tears

It is said that buy keeping a stone it will protect you from sorrow, for the Apache women cried tears for you also. They will unlock and release feelings of grief and unresolved feelings when all seems dark and allow you to move forward to the light

ROSE QUARTZ ~ a crystal with mothering caring energies. Perfect used during pregnancy by holding on your stomach to connect with your unborn baby

Use for depression, or post natal depression. Helps you overcome any abuse of all kinds. A stone of love, nurturing and unconditional love and self respect

Helps us forgive and brings reconciliation with others and ourselves when needed. Rose Quartz brings sweet dreams, banishes nightmares and bring peaceful sleep

DALMATIAN JASPER ~  A stone of protective and healing energies

Jaspers are metamorphic undergoing repeated changes from heat, movement and pressure from Mother Earth that gives them their inner strength

These energies build over time and connect with its keeper. Metaphysically it heals by boosting the immune system

Removes toxins from the system for balance and harmony.Strengthens family bonds and promotes happiness and joy

Jasper absorbs negative energy and cleanses whilst aligning our physical, mental, etheric and auric bodies

In its regular shade, of orange pearly sheen it is reminiscent of sunshine and it’s life giving properties and warmth

It is an all round Chakra Cleanser and energy bringer, but does concentrate on the Solar Plexus and health ailments that arise in this area when used in healings
