I have created these healing pouches based on my knowledge gained from my Crystal Healing Certification. These pouches are designed to help us by engaging our physical, etheric, astral and mental bodies. These all form together and create our persona.

Crystal healing works by restoring balance on our etheric body before the illness manifests further. The Etheric body is a duplicate of our physical body and radiates around 4 inches above and is a higher vibration.

The etheric appears as a fine grey mist and does not filter bad or good vibes. This is when crystal healing is used to remove the blocks and restore healthy flow.

I recommend you leave these stones on or around your body for at least 15- 20 minutes to allow their energies to take effect. Crystals can become more powerful when used repeatedly for the same purpose.

These combination of crystals help ease our monthly ebbs and flows and give us a little balance and stability.

They work on our Sacred Chakra especially, which activates our Goddess emotions and hormones

SELENITE ~

Named after the Greek goddess Selene , this crystal is a high vibration

Great for meditation and  increasing focus with spiritual growth 

A stone of lunar and gentle energies which cleanses our aura of negative energy

Aids peaceful sleep and brings harmony to your surrounds

Selenite can also be placed on your window sill to keep bad spirits and elements away

Recharge under the full Moon to enhance the high vibrations and make it glow with energy

Did you know selenite is wonderful and healing for skin issues like, acne, eczema, dry, irritated or itchy skin!

Orange Carnelian is a stone associated with the Goddess Isis and her fertile blood

GREEN AVENTURINE ~ 

Green aventurine is a stone known as a touch stone

It is useful when carried rather than in crystal healing. 

It has energies that build over time and are gentle in nature

Aventurine will increase the power of homeopathic remedies.

Healing for fertility, believed to be the best crystal to keep when trying to conceive

Helpful if you are feeling depressed or suffer anxiety

Keep in a plant in Earth overnight for grounding energies the next morning.

ROSE QUARTZ ~

A crystal with mothering caring energies

Perfect used during pregnancy by holding on your stomach to connect with your unborn baby

Use for depression, or post natal depression. Helps you overcome any abuse of all kinds

Helps us forgive and brings reconciliation with others and ourselves when needed

It may sometimes contain tiny air bubbles, this is a normal occurrence and not a fault 

It is known for its beautiful opalescent colour and brings calming and peaceful vibes to your surrounds 

It has serene energy that brings loving relationships

You may use white sage, palo santo smudging or singing bowls to do so or you preferred method

Place them in the Sun for an hour or so inside or outside to recharge for next use
