Spirit Animals & Totem Animals
Totem Spirit Animals, we all have them, whether we are aware or not! I adore Owls but my Spirit Animal is actually a Bear. In my Native American heritage this is symbolic of strength, courage, strong medicine and healing, this suits me perfectly, being a crystal healer.... Spirit animals bring us lessons needed, guide us and give us instinctive strength when we need it. We have many different animals and crystal types, which also amplify their animal form.
