Listen up, folks! We ship your goodies same or next business day, with tracking, because we're awesome. But please, for the love of all things good, double-check your address! We can't fix your mistakes, and our overnight orders are set in stone by 7am. Australia Post is our jam - reliable and rarely wonky.
We package with eco-friendly love, using recycled, biodegradable materials. You'll get your confirmation email in a jiffy, and tracking updates galore. If you don't see 'em, check your trash folder, it's probably chillin' there.

Postage within Oz is charged at the current Australia Post tariff & you can opt for standard or express, depending on weight. No free shipping sorry, we can’t afford to do that as we need to survive! But, we hook up our regulars with discounts on their purchase instead. Our shipping rates are flat, so whether you're buying one or fifty items the price is capped. International folks, hit us up for details with your country. 

If you’re a local on the Sunny Coast we offer collection from Salon Eumundi (Taylar’s hair salon). So, don’t be a stranger and come say howdy and save on postage! It’s located at 101 Memorial Drive (shop 3) which is the Main Street in town!

Next up, cleansing and charging - because who doesn't love a crystal detox? My go-to? White Sage Smudge Sticks and Singing Bowls. Easy peasy. Other options? Citrine clusters, sunlight (careful, no sunburn), water (check first), visualization, or earth-burying (no mud, please). Charging time? Full Moon, sunlight, or Clear Quartz Generator - take your pick!
Now, programming - don't leave those crystals clueless. Tell them what you want - health, love, success? Hold them close, visualize, and thank the Universe. Boom! You're crystal-ready. Questions? I've got answers - and years of crystal know-how.

Before you buy from us, take a gander at our business practices below, folks!

No refunds or exchanges once your crystal goodies are shipped - we're talkin' no take-backs, no do-overs. Don't get us wrong, we love you, but our crystals are like adopted pets - once they're gone, they're gone for good. We follow the Fair Trading Act of QLD, so don't even think about trying to sweet-talk us into a refund just 'cause you changed your mind.

If you cancel your order before it ships, we'll ding you with a 10% cancellation fee. That's just math, folks - we've got our time and materials to account for.

Our weights and measurements? Approximate, baby! We're not perfect, but we're honest and ethical, and we throw in a hand-shot size reference for good measure.

According to the Queensland Government, refunds aren't always a given. Don't believe us? Check their site! In the event we allow a return, expect a restocking fee - 10% off the top, plus packaging costs. You break it, you buy it (unless it's damaged in shipping, then we'll make it right).

Choose wisely, friends - we won't refund or exchange for incorrect sizes or changed minds. It's not personal; it's just business.

Damaged items? We've got your back! Full refund or replacement, no questions asked. Just send us a pic within 48 hours, and we'll take care of it.

Jewellery? Non-refundable, non-exchangeable. Health regulations, folks!

Lost in the mail? Tracking numbers are like gold and your receipt, please check first because we can’t intercept until you lodge an enquiry! Australia Post's got tracking for a reason, it’s helps us immensely.

Overseas orders? Good luck; you're on your own! Customs, delays, theft - not our circus, not our monkeys. We do provide tracking though!!

Sizing heads up! We're using US numbers, but don't fret, we know all size conversions if you don’t. We are silversmiths after all! Our silver's genuine (.925), but don't get it wet or expose it to harsh chemicals. Perfumes and lotions can be jewellery enemies, FYI. Tarnish or damage? Not our problem. Same for dropping it and losing stones - you break it, you bought it. No take-backs for changing your mind or getting the size wrong, either. The good news? Your bling's brand new, never previously worn or sold.
